Hassan Sardar
Registered Massage Therapist
Hassan Sardar is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who brings a unique background to his practice. Before becoming an RMT, he directed TV shows and taught cinematography and screenwriting at undergrad Film Schools . Hassan holds an undergraduate degree in engineering and an MBA but chose to pursue his passion for holistic health and wellness over a corporate career.
To prepare for his career, Hassan completed his education at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, known for its rigorous program and high standards. He chose the school as he wanted to equip himself with the best tools available. His techniques, which he blends seamlessly, include deep tissue, fascial manipulation, rhythmic and dynamic mobilization, Thai and Ayurvedic amongst others.
Hassan’s goal is to relax clients’ nervous systems before addressing specific areas of musculoskeletal impairment. He finds fulfillment in helping his clients feel relief from pain and happier after their treatments.
Outside of work, Hassan enjoys nerding out on neuro-science, working out, meditating, and spending time outdoors in nature.
